What We Do
At the Amma Resonance Healing Foundation (ARHF), we seek to contribute to the health and wellbeing of communities across sub-Saharan Africa through accessible, affordable and innovative resonance-based approaches. Our focus includes collective health challenges such as malaria and other epidemics, as well as trauma and individual wellbeing. We explore water- and sound-based preparations carrying informational patterns as complementary approaches to community health and healing.

ARHF (Amma Resonance Healing Foundation) operates across 14 sub-Saharan African countries, including Nigeria, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi, Burundi, Botswana, Zimbabwe, and South Africa. Through a network of more than 1,000 trained volunteers, ARHF explores and provides accessible, affordable, resonance-based approaches to communities facing collective and individual health challenges, including malaria and other epidemics, HIV/AIDS, trauma, and chronic health conditions. Its work includes water- and sound-based preparations carrying informational patterns and is undertaken in collaboration with local healthcare workers, educators, and community leaders, with an emphasis on culturally sensitive, community-based, and sustainable approaches to health and wellbeing.
