Embodying the principle of self-reliance, ARHF operates through networks of volunteers to effectively address health challenges.

Local teams, under the umbrella of Amma4Africa, autonomously manage projects, supported by ARHF through training and resources. These decentralized efforts are coordinated through the Africa Heart Team, serving as a pivotal link between the Board and grassroots initiatives.
