Health & Wellbeing
Our Mission

Our Vision

Human Functionality
ARHF perceives human beings as holistic entities, where physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual facets intricately intertwine to form an indivisible whole. Recognizing the interconnectedness of all elements, ARHF advocates for viewing individuals in relation to their environments. The symbiotic relationship between humans and their surroundings underscores the vital role of environmental factors in shaping human existence and well-being.

Health and illness
In ARHF’s perspective, symptoms and ailments are manifestations of an organism’s innate drive towards wholeness and growth. Central to this understanding is the acknowledgment of the body’s inherent self-healing capabilities, wherein symptoms serve as meaningful indicators of imbalance. ARHF emphasizes the importance of interventions that support individuals’; developmental journeys, facilitating restoration and newfound equilibrium.

Healthcare approach
ARHF advocates for healthcare interventions that bolster individuals’; inherent capacity for self- resolution and preserve their holistic integrity. By addressing collective health challenges such as epidemics, trauma, and lifestyle diseases, ARHF endeavors to optimize both individual and societal well-being. Employing innovative modalities such as ‘information medicine’, ARHF aims to harmonize all levels of human functioning, promoting holistic healing.

Our Goal: Foster Positive Transformation
ARHF’s overarching goal is to democratize access to its interventions, ensuring that those most in need can benefit from improved health outcomes. By prioritizing conditions and regions where interventions yield the greatest impact, ARHF seeks to foster positive transformation on both individual and community levels, with a current focus on Africa.
Our Method
Aligned with its holistic healthcare paradigm, ARHF utilizes modalities that promote coherence and harmony within the individual. Leveraging the concept of vital energy and the principles of coherence, ARHF endeavors to restore balance and vitality by delivering targeted ‘coherence-inducing information.’ This innovative approach, encompassing water-based and sound-based interventions, harnesses the inherent healing potential within individuals.

Our Organisation
Embodying the principle of self-reliance, ARHF operates through networks of volunteers, particularly in rural areas, to effectively address health challenges. Local teams, under the umbrella of Amma4Africa, autonomously manage projects, supported by ARHF through training and resources. These decentralized efforts are coordinated through the Africa Heart Team, serving as a pivotal link between the ARHF Heart Team & Board and grassroots initiatives.
ARHF’s initiatives are further bolstered by partnerships with licensed European pharmacies for the production of Source Remedies and by a Source Work Team that provides Source Audios. As a non-profit organization registered in the Netherlands, ARHF operates with transparency and accountability and complies with requirements set for charities. Guided by its status as a ‘Public Benefit Institution’, ARHF is recognized by the Dutch Tax Authorities.
A Journey of Healing & Hope

Our history
Where It All Began
Peter Chappell Traveled to Ethiopia

At the start of the 21st century, Africa was in the grip of a devastating AIDS epidemic, leaving entire villages in mourning and millions of children orphaned.
While AIDS drugs were widely available in the West, millions of Africans had no access to life-saving treatments, leading to thousands of deaths. In 2001, UK homeopath Peter Chappell traveled to Ethiopia to explore whether homeopathy could offer a solution for the estimated 25 million Africans suffering from HIV/AIDS. Due to the scarcity of homeopaths in Africa, there was a need for a remedy that any doctor or nurse could prescribe with consistent results.
A Breakthrough in Healing
Beginning of PC Technology

Peter developed a groundbreaking method to create a remedy based on the principle of resonance, which became known as PC Technology, an advancement in Information Medicine. The first remedy, PC1, was used in thousands of cases with very positive results, confirmed by research.
Since 2001, several other effective PC Resonances have been developed and applied for other infectious diseases, forms of trauma and chronic diseases.
The Beginning of a Movement
The Foundation of ARHF

The Amma Resonance Healing Foundation (ARHF) was founded in 2007 in the Netherlands. It emerged from positive experiences using resonance healing to support people with AIDS and other epidemic diseases in Africa. Inspired by the transformative results, the founders established ARHF to expand and refine this healing method, bringing hope to communities in need.
Launching Hope, Protecting Lives
Start of the Africa Malaria Prevention Project

Recognizing the devastating impact of malaria in Africa, ARHF launched the Africa Malaria Prevention Project (AMPP) in 2013. This initiative aimed to provide an accessible, side-effect-free solution for communities battling the disease. The project utilized PC240m, a resonance remedy developed by Peter Chappell in 2002, which has been effective in treating both acute and chronic malaria, as well as boosting immunity against it.
One of the early implementations of AMPP took place in Malawi during the 2013/2014 malaria season. Led by ARHF volunteer Ruthe Schoder-Ehri and the local Amma4Africa team, the project reached over 6,000 children and adults in its first year. By the following season, more than 27,000 individuals had received the PC240m remedy. Schools reported reduced absenteeism, and local hospitals observed decreased malaria-related hospitalizations and deaths.
The success of AMPP in Malawi inspired ARHF to prioritize the program and expand it to other countries. The organization continues to train African health workers in administering PC240m, aiming to reduce malaria’s impact across sub-Saharan Africa.
Bringing LEAP to Classrooms
Bringing LEAP to Classrooms Across Africa

The introduction of the Learning Enhancement Africa Program (LEAP) marked a significant step in ARHF’s mission. This program was made available to schools to support children’s health and well-being, as well as increase their learning skills. LEAP has a remarkable impact on absenteeism and school performance and leads a new generation from Sickness to Success.
Major Achievement
More Than ½ Million People Treated per Year

In 2021, ARHF reached a remarkable milestone, treating more than half a million people in a single year. This milestone underscores how resonance healing is transforming healthcare in Africa, reaching communities that previously had little or no access to effective treatment. Through dedicated collaboration with local health workers, NGOs, and volunteers, ARHF was able to provide support to those suffering from malaria, AIDS, and other widespread diseases.
The accessibility and affordability of this approach made it possible to reach people in even the most remote areas. With conventional treatments often being expensive or ineffective due to resistance, resonance healing provided an alternative that was both sustainable and easy to administer.
This large-scale implementation was made possible through ongoing partnerships and training programs, empowering local practitioners to continue the work independently. The success of 2021 underscored the potential of this method to transform healthcare in underserved regions, offering hope to countless individuals and families.
A Growing Movement of Volunteers
1.000 Active Volunteers in 14 Sub-Saharan Countries

By 2023, ARHF had mobilized a dedicated network of 1,000 active volunteers across 14 sub-Saharan African countries. These dedicated individuals played a crucial role in bringing resonance healing to communities in need, supporting both treatment and prevention efforts for malaria, AIDS, and other health challenges.
Through extensive training programs, volunteers were equipped with the knowledge and skills to administer resonance remedies effectively. Many of them were local healthcare workers, teachers, and community leaders who integrated this approach into their daily work, expanding its reach and impact.
This growing network of volunteers ensured that ARHF’s mission remained sustainable and community-driven. Their dedication not only provided treatment to hundreds of thousands but also empowered communities to sustain these healing efforts independently.
Milestone
A Milestone in Healing & Education: 1 Million Treatments & 700 Schools

ARHF has reached an incredible milestone—delivering 1 million treatments per year through its resonance healing programs. Thanks to a dedicated network of volunteers and local partners, this groundbreaking approach has touched the lives of over a million people annually.
At the same time, the Learning Enhancement Africa Program (LEAP) had grown significantly, with over 700 schools implementing the program. By integrating resonance healing into education, LEAP helped improve students’ well-being, focus, and overall learning experience. Many children affected by malaria or other health issues were able to attend school more regularly and perform better academically, offering them a brighter future.
These milestones reflect ARHF’s ongoing commitment to making healthcare and education more accessible, empowering communities, and creating lasting change.
